Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, including diagnostic assessments that help formulate effective treatment strategies. \n
- Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. \n
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, including support groups and psychoeducational workshops, to foster community and shared healing among clients. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to set realistic goals and define appropriate interventions tailored to their unique circumstances. \n
- Offer immediate support to clients in crisis situations, performing risk assessments, and facilitating necessary emergency interventions to ensure their safety. \n
- Stay current with industry trends and advances by participating in training seminars and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills. \n
- Work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for our clients. \n
Your primary focus will be providing therapeutic services to a wide array of clients from various backgrounds experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and recovery for individuals who are navigating their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Must possess an active license as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington. \n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
