The Equestrian Store & Ranch Customer Relations Manager keeps Bell Mountain Ranch’s Saddle/Tack shop running at full stride—delivering standout Customer Service while driving Retail and sales performance. This mid-level, onsite Management role blends hands-on store leadership with polished relationship-building across the Horse and Equestrian community.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, merchandising flow, and transaction accuracy
- Serve as the go-to contact for ranch boarders, new customers, and vendors
- Coordinate ordering, inventory tracking, and basic reporting using computer systems
- Maintain an organized, detail-focused storefront that supports a safe Ranch environment

Required skills/qualifications:
- Equestrian industry knowledge and comfort working around horses
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

You’ll bounce between quick conversations at the counter, vendor check-ins, and steady Retail traffic—then reset the floor and paperwork so everything stays smooth. Midday brings questions from new Horse owners, fitting chats, and the satisfying pace of Equestrian sales. You wrap up by confirming what’s ready for tomorrow and leaving the Ranch shop set for another high-energy day.
