Overview A private practice behavioral health group in Freehold, New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified PMHNP-BC for a full-time hybrid role that takes provider burnout seriously enough to have actually done something about it. Ample charting time is built directly into the schedule. A dedicated administrative assistant handles prior authorizations, client communication, and scheduling. A daily office hour is reserved for administrative tasks, training, and collaboration — so clinical time stays clinical and your personal time stays personal.
