Location Omaha, NE Department Surgery-Vascular Surgery 50000497 Business Unit College of Medicine Reg-Temp Full-Time Regular Work Schedule Remote/Telecommuting Hybrid (part-time working on site, part-time working off-site) Position Summary Primary Coordinator of two GME programs that total 12 or fewer house officers. Broad knowledge of policies, procedures and systems. Knows where to seek answers. Composes correspondence and reports. Prepares and can give a moderate analysis of reports. Independently plans, organizes and implements graduate medical education activities. Schedules meetings/appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and events. Has a professional demeanor and disposition to work effectively with varying personalities. Exhibits the highest moral integrity when handling confidential information. Demonstrates strong organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Demonstrates working/intermediate level competency in administrative management of program. Demonstrates working/intermediate level competency in fiscal management of program. Demonstrates working/intermediate level competency in data management of program.
