  • Strong strategic thinking, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, evaluate alternatives, manage competing priorities, and remain effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills with executives, clients, owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, employees, and industry partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and industry relationships that support repeat business and future opportunities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, data, reports, schedules, contracts, technical documentation, and broader strategic and financial objectives.
