Join our healthcare partner in a small, welcoming community where you can make a significant impact on patient care. As a Telemetry nurse, you'll coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to float between Med Surg and Acute Rehab units, ensuring comprehensive care across the facility.

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Provide leadership and maintain standards for professional nursing practice
• Work with Cerner EMR system
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 4/5
• Need 2 years experience in Med Surg/Rehab setting
• Charge RN experience required
• Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) required
• Must have a Vermont RN License or Compact License
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must have own vehicle due to lack of public transport
