- Responsible for assisting in the implementation of physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of the physical therapist.
Education
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
Licenses and Certification
- Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant licensure
- BLS

- Technical Experience: N/A

- Implements Plan of Care
- Measures and communicates progress towards goals
- Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- Provides supervision to rehab techs and students
