Senior Process Controls Leader - Automation & SCADA
Hexion Inc.
Hexion Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Controls Leader in Texas to steer the Process Control and Automation COE across the Americas. You will own standards, mentor engineers, and drive reliability across SIS, DCS, and PLC platforms. You will personally develop and review instruction code for Rockwell PLC and Emerson DeltaV networks, guide HMI design, and explore AI-driven models for process improvement. This role requires travel and strong collaboration with IT, EHS, and operations teams.
