Job Description


Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable Assemblers for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling smaller components into larger finished products while supporting multiple areas of production as needed.


We are seeking motivated candidates with prior assembly experience who are comfortable working in a team-oriented production setting and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities


As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling small components into larger assemblies according to production specifications.
• Using basic hand tools and assembly equipment as needed.
• Floating between multiple departments and assisting with various production tasks.
• Inspecting assembled products for quality and accuracy.
• Following work instructions and production procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Working closely within a small team environment to meet daily production goals.
• Following all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior assembly experience REQUIRED .
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check .
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs when needed.
• Ability to work in a 65-80 degree manufacturing environment .
• Must have or be able to obtain safety toe shoes .
• Strong attendance and reliability REQUIRED.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist in multiple areas.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Shifts & Hours

• 1st Shift
• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour , based on experience.
