Operations Clerk Warehouse Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Location: Pedricktown, NJ

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Clerk to support our warehouse team. The Warehouse Operations Clerk ensures all shipping documentation is completed accurately and efficiently while providing critical communication between drivers, carriers, and warehouse staff. Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily via email with outbound carriers to coordinate shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Relay essential operational information to site personnel using email or other communication platforms.
• Receive drivers and provide directions for outbound shipments.
• Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and processed according to standard operating procedures.
• Gather and maintain shipping records and data within the WMS.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipments.
• Support material handling functions such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and work with spotters to ensure timely trailer movements.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and support the leadership team as required.
• File and maintain outbound paperwork for easy accessibility.
• Accurately maintain the seal log and load board information.
• Communicate assignments such as receiving appointments, loading doors, or picking instructions.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
• Strong accuracy in recordkeeping, sorting, checking, counting, and verifying items.
• Good visual acuity for shipment inspection and finger dexterity for data entry.
• Ability to input and generate daily inventory reports.
• Strong time management, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift and lift/move totes weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching (above the head and below the waist).
• Able to work in an environment with variable noise, lighting, and temperature conditions across large facilities.
• Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed.
