This 180-bed facility features 11 operating rooms and offers a myriad of services such as cardiovascular, vascular, neuro, general surgery, ENT, urology, orthopedic, robotic, colo-rectal, podiatry, and plastic surgery. With an additional focus on non-invasive cardiology, OB, endoscopy, and radiology, this practice provides a comprehensive approach to anesthesia care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patients during procedures and effectively manage anesthesia complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and oversee pain management procedures.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in additional procedures such as arterial line insertions and intubations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Board Certified CRNA by the AANA.
• Current and active RN license in Michigan.
• Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient demographics is preferred.
• Willingness to accept New Graduates.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license - REQUIRED
• Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia - REQUIRED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - REQUIRED
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - REQUIRED
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - PREFERRED
