Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards. Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations. Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café. Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
