Responsibilities

Sales Operations Data Support (Temporary)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Data Support professional for a 3-month project to enhance the integrity of our Life Science sales database. In this role, you will be the backbone of our business development efforts, ensuring our Sales team has the most accurate data to drive new growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integrity: Review and audit current customer and vendor records to identify outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
• Active Verification: Conduct outreach via phone and email to confirm vendor status and update contact details.
• Database Cleanup: Systematically identify and resolve duplicate records to maintain a "single source of truth."
• Sales Enablement: Support the Life Science Sales team by providing organized, high-quality data sets that streamline their outreach and business activities.
