Global Tax Leader — M&A, TP & IPO Readiness

Harness is seeking an experienced professional to lead the global tax function, operating independently and reporting to the VP Corporate Controller. The role requires managing US federal, state, and local tax compliance, overseeing international tax compliance across various jurisdictions, and supporting M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in tax, preferably with a Big 4 foundation, and be comfortable leading external advisors.
