Job Title: General Production

Location: York, SC

Job Type: Full-Time, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, M-F (occasional Saturdays)

Pay Rate: $17.58/hour

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic Production & Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will work alongside a great crew to keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. From assisting machine operators to preparing customer orders for shipment, your work will directly impact our daily success.

• Production & Order Fulfillment: Assist in daily production labor, remove finished products from packaging areas, and complete customer orders accurately.

• Palletizing & Stacking: Stack products onto pallets according to specific customer and order guidelines.

• Machine & Equipment Support: Assist machine operators with changeovers and perform minor mechanical adjustments (such as adjusting saws).

• Quality & Reporting: Perform routine quality checks on products and complete required daily paperwork/reports.

• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

• Team Contribution: Bring energy and a positive attitude to foster a supportive team environment.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs continuously and stand/walk for 8–10 hours per day.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance record, strong work ethic, and proven dependability.

• Attitude: A positive, team-first mindset with a strong willingness to learn new skills.

• Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with machinery or saw adjustments is a plus).

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow order specifications, perform accurate quality checks, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
