Interim Director of NursingEmerald Healthcare, a third-party fiscal consulting company for an elite network of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Interim Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced nurse leaders in the clinical operations of the facility, providing exceptional care to our residents. This is a temporary opportunity to build bench strength and support the facility's clinical operations.Responsibilities:Lead a team of experienced nurse leaders in the clinical operations of the facilityProvide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are metDevelop and implement effective nursing policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsProvide training and support to nursing staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality careMaintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agenciesRequirements:Active Registered Nursing License with 2-5 years of nursing leadership experienceKnowledge of long-term care and the regulations associated with the healthcare industryInterpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and identify clinical solutionsPositive attitude and strong leadership skillsAbility to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics requiredAbility to cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the positionAbility to observe, listen, and communicate effectivelyAbility to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agenciesAbility to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facilityWe Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive salary range from 83k - 115k annually
