We are looking for an experienced Data Center Operations (DCO) Engineer to join our Network Infrastructure team. Reporting to the US‑based Datacenter Deployment Manager, you will be working onsite in one of our partner locations in Amsterdam and have the following responsibilities:: Responsibilities Provision new hardware and network devices in a staging environment that will be deployed globally to expand and supplement the Zscaler network. Troubleshoot issues within our build environment and repair or replace server and network components and infrastructure. Collaborate with the maintenance, network, install and platform engineering teams to execute and validate build activities and engage in optimizing processes. Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of experience working in data center or hardware build and development environments. Deep understanding of various types of servers, network devices and configurations, and physical connectivity. Experience with the Linux/UNIX command line, BIOS, out‑of‑band management (ILO, SAA, iDRAC, IPMI). Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Basic scripting capabilities – BASH or Python. Familiarity with build automation technologies such as Ansible or PXE boot. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or other ticketing and documentation tools. Location Requirements
