Join Our Team as a Lead Teacher for 3-year-olds at Little Endeavors Child Development Center in Ankeny, IA!

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for 3-year-olds
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum
Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Training in Early Childhood Education or a related field, CDA preferred
Previous experience working with 3-year-olds in a childcare or educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing environment for children
