Join Our Team as a Lead Teacher for 3-year-olds at Little Endeavors Child Development Center in Ankeny, IA!

Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for 3-year-olds
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum
- Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge
- Training in Early Childhood Education or a related field, CDA preferred
- Previous experience working with 3-year-olds in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing environment for children
