Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living Job Description Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor II to provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team members, in order to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff. How you will make an impact Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained. Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints What you will need Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations Previous experience in a leadership role preferred Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
