Complex and high acuity pediatric cases! Exceptional team culture and working environment! $100,000 Sign-On Bonus available, potentially more for fellows! 200 beds/bassinets, level IV NICU with 71 beds. NICU is one of the largest in the state and is a 29-county referral center for pediatric surgery! Staffed with exceptionally trained experts, our pediatric team cares for the most vulnerable in the community, and takes on the challenge of performing cases with some of the highest levels of acuity in the field and on par with isolated children’s hospitals. Due to the diverse and expansive case volume and mix at this impressive level I trauma center, this position also allows for the incumbent to manage their own cases, mentor SRNAs/SAAs, CRNAs and CAAs, as well as maintain their adult skills and acuity. The pediatric surgical services at Maynard’s and ECU Health are actively expanding their subspecialty lines.
