The Adoption Program at Lund seeks a Post Adoption Case Manager, passionate about supporting families formed through adoption.

In alignment with Lund’s mission and values, the role promotes family stability and resiliency through individualized parent coaching and support that honors each family’s unique story. The position educates parents on early trauma, attachment, and the lifelong needs associated with adoption, while ensuring access to adoption-competent providers and practitioners. Our work is critical to providing families with a smooth transition process and ongoing support in the best interests of Vermont’s families and children.

This is a full-time, 40-hour a week and benefits eligible position. This is a home-based position that requires in-person work in Windsor and Windham Counties, Vermont. While work is performed primarily from a home office, regular travel throughout southern Windsor and some of Windham County is required to meet with clients.

The starting rate is $25/hr. For the full job description, click here.

Research shows that individuals from marginalized groups—such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and those from working-class backgrounds—often hesitate to apply for jobs unless they can see themselves meeting and performing every responsibility and requirement. However, many skills can be learned on the job. If you can see yourself adding value to the role, our clients, staff, and guests and meeting most of the responsibilities and qualifications, we encourage you to apply!
