About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in building and leading the financial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of finance, including owning the annual operating plan, delivering financial scorecards, and translating results into business decisions. This hands-on role demands a builder-oriented CFO who can design and implement the necessary people, systems, controls, and reporting for the company's growth from $15 million to $120 million in annual revenue. The CFO will also be tasked with maintaining financial integrity, establishing and nurturing capital relationships, and serving as a trusted financial partner to the CEO. The ideal CFO for the company will have a minimum of 12 years' finance and accounting experience, with a proven track record of scaling a company through significant growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and building durable financial controls. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of US accounting principles, treasury, and multi-entity organizations, and a CPA is strongly preferred. The CFO will be expected to be a proactive, low-ego, and high-ownership individual, capable of handling a wide range of financial tasks and responsibilities.
