Uline is seeking a Distribution Manager in Irving, TX to lead one of its largest distribution operations, spanning over 2.5 million square feet. You will supervise from the warehouse floor, coaching managers who oversee 500+ staff and drive safety, accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on continuous improvement with KPI-driven processes, ensuring high-quality service and timely, same-day shipping for customers across North America.
