About This Role The Observation/ER RN position at Mass General Brigham involves providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe nursing practices. Highlights Pay: $39 - $53/hour Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 What You'll Do Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients. Make clinical decisions regarding nursing care. Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently. Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate care for groups of patients. Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records. Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and changing conditions.
