Am Production SupervisorHNC - Haines City, FL 33844OverviewSalary Range $40,000.00 Salary/yearDescriptionGeneral PurposeThe Production Supervisor oversees performance, output, and safety during an assigned shift. This leadership role reports to the Production Manager and is critical in ensuring smooth, high-volume production in a clean, fast-paced environment. Crown Linen operates 365 days a year, so a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations of receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linensEnsure adherence to production schedules and quality control standardsCommunicate performance expectations and operational goals clearly to team membersMonitor individual and team performance, provide coaching and feedbackMonitor key metrics such as PPOH, quality, and labor efficiency, and report performance dataIdentify and support continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma toolsPromote and enforce a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountabilityAssist in hiring, training, evaluations, and, when necessary, disciplinary actionsSubmit shift reports, KPIs, attendance, and safety incidents accurately and on timeCollaborate with Maintenance and Management teams to resolve production issues quicklyLead by example and foster a team-oriented work environmentHelp resolve employee issues, customer escalations, and equipment downtime alongside supervisorsEnsure plant compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policiesThis position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the job.
