Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care. If you’re committed to excellence and looking to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our team.Position Highlights at a Glance:* Caseload: ~7 patients* Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days* Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more* Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more* Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains* 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) What You’ll Need:* LPN License (State of Florida)* CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred* 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)Click to apply and learn what it means to be part of the ClearSky Health team!
