Right-of-Way Acquisition Specialist - Negotiations

Environmental Design Group is seeking a Right-of-Way Acquisition Agent in Columbus to support acquisition for infrastructure projects, balancing property owner needs with project goals. You will coordinate negotiations, conduct title research, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in the field, and Ohio Notary certification, plus ODOT prequalification.
