We are looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and manage the daily operational aspects of the business. Responsibilities Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department Of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process Perform position functions up to six days of a week, with a flexible range of hours which might include some marketing or networking events. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Driver’s license with good driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens Junk Removal experience preferred but not required Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 50 lbs. or more Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook Moving experience is not required, but preferred This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Tucker, GA.
