We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support property title and closing activities for a Contract position based in Delray Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who can evaluate records quickly, make sound judgments with confidence, and stay highly focused while managing document-heavy work. The successful candidate will help ensure title information is accurate, complete, and ready for closing through careful research and document review.

Responsibilities:
• Examine property and ownership records to confirm accuracy and identify issues that may affect title status.
• Perform title searches using available databases and public records to gather relevant ownership and lien information.
• Prepare, organize, and review closing packages and related documentation to support timely transactions.
• Clear title concerns by identifying missing information, resolving discrepancies, and following up on outstanding items.
• Create and update preliminary title reports with accurate findings from research and record analysis.
• Scan, file, and maintain documents in an orderly manner so records remain accessible and complete.
• Communicate findings and document needs clearly to internal stakeholders involved in title and closing processes.
