In this role, you’ll manage general ledger activities, perform account reconciliations, and handle AP/AR to ensure accurate, timely financial data. You’ll assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting, partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams. Responsibilities Maintain general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time Support month-end close, journal entries, and accruals Assist with financial statements, reports, and variance analysis Collaborate with operations and staffing teams on billing and collections Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Support audits and prepare supporting documentation Help improve accounting processes and workflows Required Skills General ledger accounting Account reconciliations Accounts payable Accounts receivable Month-end close Financial reporting Payroll processing support Excel and spreadsheet analysis Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Net Suite) Healthcare billing or medical office accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr American Accounting Association
