Assistant Physical Therapist

Support the delivery of high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training to enhance patient outcomes. Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
