Our mission is to enhance the emotional well-being of our clients by offering accessible, evidence-based mental health care. Our team comprises highly qualified professionals dedicated to treating the whole person rather than just symptoms, which enables us to create personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

Work Environment\n

Our work environment is uniquely designed for collaboration and support, allowing therapists to engage with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and wellness advocates. This teamwork approach assures that all client care aspects are meticulously managed, and therapists can focus on their clinical responsibilities without distraction. The remote nature of our operations means you can effectively manage your schedule, with flexible options that accommodate various time commitments, including evenings and weekends when needed.

  • \n
  • Collaborating with fellow professionals within the treatment team to coordinate client care and enhance therapeutic outcomes, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
  • \n
  • Providing ongoing education and support for clients' families, involving them in the therapeutic process to foster an understanding of their loved one's challenges and recovery journey.
  • \n
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation and client records in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
  • \n
  • Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care, optimizing treatment strategies for various disorders.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves women and their families from diverse backgrounds, each with a unique set of mental health concerns. Clients may be struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or significant life transitions. With the aim of creating a supportive environment, our therapists are trained in culturally competent practices that respect and acknowledge the varying experiences of our clients, ensuring that everyone receives tailored interventions that resonate with their personal history and current challenges.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • \n
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates possessing a master's or doctoral degree.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in a mental health counseling setting, showcasing specialized training or extensive practical experience.
  • \n
  • Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities for a range of mental health disorders.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enhance rapport with clients and facilitate effective collaboration within the treatment team.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of mental health counseling experience is required, candidates who bring additional experience in community health settings, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic methodologies will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain client documentation is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable contributions to our mission, we offer a competitive salary between $60,000 and $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a retirement plan, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
