Leasing Consultant - Part Time

Location: The Collective at Norman, 1300 Steamboat Way, Norman, OK 73071, USA Property Name: The Collective at Norman Leasing Consultant: Leasing Consultants are responsible for completing the day‑to‑day leasing and marketing operations of the property while maintaining positive resident relations. Responsibilities Leasing Answer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the property or the property website. Greet potential residents, parents and visitors in a professional manner. Pursue leads by completing daily follow‑ups in the leasing database. Place delinquency phone calls. Complete guest cards and send thank‑you notes. Marketing Attend and participate in resident events and event clean‑up. Create working relationships with universities, local institutions, employers, local businesses, and cultural centers to help drive prospects to the property. Execute and promote resident events. Set up on campus and hand out promotional items. Community marketing: meet with local businesses, flyers, etc. Tour competitors frequently to gather information on leasing strategies (specials, occupancy, pre‑lease percentages, property upkeep). Greet existing and potential residents. Address and resolve questions/concerns in a timely manner. Reporting & Administrative Generate mailings. Collect checks and monies owed. File leases. Skills & Experience Minimum: 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience; excellent customer‑service skills and ability to resolve escalated customer concerns; understanding of Fair Housing. Preferred: Property management leasing experience. Education Minimum: High school diploma, some college. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Equal Opportunity Employer.
