The Digital Marketing Associate supports the Bank's marketing and communications efforts with an emphasis on digital content, social media, website management, email marketing, and campaign execution. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position helps strengthen the Bank's brand, promote products and services, engage customers and the community, and maintain a consistent presence across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across the Bank's social media platforms.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns that promote deposits, lending, customer engagement, brand awareness, and other approved business objectives.
• Maintain and update website content, including product information, promotions, community information, and other timely content, subject to appropriate review and approval.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content development, list coordination, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
• Create and edit marketing materials using appropriate design and content-development tools.
• Assist with digital advertising, including paid social, search, display, and other digital campaigns as applicable.
• Monitor social media, website traffic, email engagement, digital advertising, and other marketing metrics and provide reports or summaries to the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with the development of branch materials, signage, promotional items, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and printed communications.
• Coordinate marketing requests from branches and departments under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Liaise with third party marketing vendor as directed to ensure clear communication and continuity.
• Assist with project tracking, deadlines, approvals, and follow-up for assigned marketing activities.
• Support community events, sponsorships, and Bank promotional activities, including occasional events outside normal business hours.
• Adheres to Bank policies and procedures required by federal and state statutes, laws and regulatory rules.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience):

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience preferred. Relevant internships or demonstrated digital marketing experience may be considered.
• Experience creating and managing social media content.
• Familiarity with website content management, email marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment when communicating on behalf of the Bank.
• Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn banking products, services, regulatory requirements, and the communities served by the Bank.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Mobility sufficient to perform activities required of position, including travel to branch/vendor locations
• Manual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, such as computers, calculators, etc.
• Ability to actively engage in necessary communications with internal and external customers.
