IT Manager - Senior

Provide a short description of the Position: IT Manager that will be assigned to Technical Services unit of Medical Informatics. This position will be involved in projects and initiatives all relating to information technology, data management, and reporting.
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Assist with the development and maintenance of project and portfolio plans regarding technical projects supporting PHI and related healthcare operations systems. Assist with the development and review of junior staff performance and development plans. Review project execution and identify inefficiencies using LEAN principles. Assist in facilitating the development of effective high-functioning Technical Services Staff. Assist junior staff troubleshoot Python and Power Shell. Will assist Business Analysts gather requirements and analyze business processes.
