Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP Production Planning (PP) Lead on behalf of our client in Remote. This role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Production Planning solutions to support complex manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP PP configuration, strong integration experience with related SAP modules and manufacturing systems, and the ability to drive business process improvements across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PP functionalities and processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PP modules to meet operational and manufacturing needs.
• Drive implementation and optimization of Kanban processes within SAP environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP PP, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise during project planning, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production planning and manufacturing process issues.
• Develop process improvements to enhance production efficiency, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization.
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience leading SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations and enhancements.
• Deep expertise in SAP PP configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Kanban processes within SAP environments.
• Proven experience integrating SAP PP with SAP EWM, MES, and other related manufacturing systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation or modernization projects.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of advanced production planning and manufacturing best practices.
• Prior experience leading global or enterprise-level SAP initiatives.
