GROUP SUPERVISOR

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at Pearl Haven in Haleiwa, HI . Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma-informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma. Pay: $60,000 Annually Benefits: Medical insurance on the first of the month following first day of full‑time employment. Eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full‑time employment, 401K match up to 6% after 1 year of employment, and paid time off that can be used as soon as it accrues. Responsibilities As the Group Supervisor, you will exercise direct control and direction over staff including Day and Night Youth Care Workers, as assigned. Additionally, the Group Supervisor is charged with the safety, care and around‑the‑clock supervision of students in the program. You will be responsible for ensuring that Pearl Haven programs are being implemented in accordance with Pearl Haven policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local licensing requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test. Empathetic, patient, and desire to work with troubled teens. Schedule Wednesday through Saturday (Wednesday is a half day from 1pm‑8pm and Thursday through Saturday 7am‑8pm).
