Certified Nursing Assistant CNA – Home Health

Position Responsibilities

As a CNA with Home Health Works, you may assist clients with:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders as permitted
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
• Errands, shopping
• Supporting clients in maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence at home

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Current Florida CNA license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current TB test
• Current physical with a statement indicating you are free of communicable disease
• Eligible Level II background screening through AHCA and DOEA
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Current auto insurance coverage
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent care in a home setting
