Physical Therapist - Full-Time
Eden Health (Home Health, Hospice, Home Care)
Seeking a Physical Therapist to perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities Supervising patients, rehabilitation technicians, and PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts while aligning with the organizational mission and standards. Work Schedule & Location Location: Hospital in St. Louis. Schedule: Mon/Wed 8:30 am–6 pm, Tues/Thurs 7:30 am–5 pm, Fri 8 am–12 pm. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Current licensure. BLS certification. Preferred 6 months to 1 year experience, especially with adult/geriatric care. Physical Demands Lifting up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing. Various movement tasks. Benefits Health coverage. PTO. Tuition reimbursement. Retirement plans.
