Duration: Long term
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect) Strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
- Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.
- 5+ years of full stack development experience 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, Redis and any relevant database experience 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare domain.
- Full-stack development experience.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
