We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $85K to $100K yearly plus commission

• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, memory-care communities, hospice agencies, physician offices, fiduciaries, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other senior-care professionals.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
• Introduce and educate professionals about NestVy’s Senior Placement and Home Care services and explain when each service is appropriate for their clients.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with social workers, case managers, discharge planners, fiduciaries, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Generate qualified referrals for seniors and families who need home care, assisted living, memory care, board-and-care, or other senior-living solutions.
• Identify new referral sources and develop a systematic outreach plan for high-potential accounts.
• Follow up consistently with existing referral partners to keep NestVy top-of-mind.
• Respond quickly when a referral partner has a client who needs assistance and coordinate the handoff to the appropriate NestVy team member.
• Represent NestVy at networking events, professional associations, senior-care events, hospital/community programs, conferences, and educational events.
• Schedule coffee meetings, lunches, presentations, facility visits, and other relationship-building opportunities with referral partners.

• Look for opportunities for NestVy leadership or staff to provide educational presentations, Q&A sessions, in-services, and professional talks.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, visits, follow-ups, referrals, and relationship status in the company CRM or tracking system.
• Track outreach activity and results, including new referral partners, active referral partners, referrals received, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue generated from referral relationships .
• Communicate market intelligence back to management, including competitor activity, referral-partner needs, service gaps, and new partnership opportunities.
• Protect NestVy’s reputation by maintaining professional, ethical relationships and avoiding high-pressure sales tactics.

• CRM experience preferred
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years

• Experience in healthcare, senior care, outreach, or business development preferred.

• Proven ability to close and generate referrals.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with in-person outreach.

• Professional, personable, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
