You will combine clinical practice with leadership and clinical management to ensure patient care and alignment with value-based care (VBC) principles. Qualifications:- MD/DO with Florida License- BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine- 5 years of experience in outpatient practice, with clinical experience in primary care, senior health, and value-based care (VBC)- 3 years of experience leading clinicians in a leadership role with demonstrated impact on clinician talent, culture, and performance, partnership with operations, and supporting teams {ts ' :15:25'}-359711DE-B318-2A96-5248A66EF79E01C8 Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
