Procurement & Inventory SupervisorLocation: Davie, FLEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Procurement & Inventory Supervisor to support purchasing operations and oversee inventory management for a growing Food & Beverage organization. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is early to mid-career and looking to grow within a dynamic company environment.The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control, with strong attention to cost management and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities•Manage day-to-day procurement of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies•Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize shortages or overstock•Analyze inventory trends and implement controls to improve accuracy and turnover•Maintain purchasing records and vendor agreements•Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers•Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to forecast purchasing needs•Support cost control initiatives and margin improvement•Ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve vendor discrepancies•Generate purchasing and inventory reports for leadershipQualifications •3–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain•Strong experience with inventory management and inventory control systems•Experience in Food & Beverage, beverage distribution, or warehouse operations preferred•Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP or inventory systems•Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills•Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and finance•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredCompensation •$80,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)•Opportunity for growth within the organization
