You’ll help keep operations running smoothly by coordinating projects, supporting company initiatives, assisting with customer service, helping with marketing and administrative tasks, and stepping in wherever needed to move the business forward. Plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while keeping timelines and priorities on track. Support marketing efforts with a variety of administrative and project‑based tasks. Coordinate branded merchandise, promotional materials, and operational logistics. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and problem‑solving. Help organize internal processes, documentation, and business systems. Leverage technology and digital tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Assist with research, reporting, and special projects as business needs evolve. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Jump in wherever needed – whether supporting executives, operations, marketing, customer experience, or company initiatives. Qualifications Experience in executive support, administrative coordination, operations, project coordination, or a similar role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously. Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software, business systems, and AI‑powered tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Highly dependable with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to follow‑through. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies to improve productivity and efficiency. A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
