Job Title IT Delivery Lead II Location Detroit, MI (Fully Remote – Local Candidates Only) Schedule Remote Typically, 8 am est - 4 pm est; 9 am est - 5 pm est Type Contract (12 Months, Likely Extension) – W2 Only (No C2C) Pay Rate $56–$61/hr Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead II to support end-to-end delivery execution across enterprise initiatives. This role partners closely with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional coordination, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and drive alignment with enterprise delivery standards and governance. You will play a key role in planning, execution, and ensuring overall delivery health across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery management of enterprise IT initiatives across multiple workstreams Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, and vendors Drive project delivery aligned with internal governance processes and procedures Track and report on project performance, milestones, and overall delivery health Provide executive-level status reporting and manage escalations as needed Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables Monitor and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Proactively identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies Ensure alignment to business objectives and delivery of expected value Determine staffing needs and support formation of project teams Facilitate project ceremonies and ensure accountability across teams Leverage project management methodologies and SDLC frameworks to drive execution Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field 5+ years of IT Delivery Lead or similar project delivery experience 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or project initiatives Proven experience delivering projects within large enterprise IT environments Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams Strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive-level interaction Experience tracking project performance and ensuring delivery of business value Ability to create and manage detailed project plans and timelinesExperience managing RAID logs and project governance processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management tools and delivery methodologies Ability to communicate both technical and business concepts clearly and effectively Experience developing and distributing detailed project schedules Familiarity with enterprise delivery frameworks and reporting standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
