Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests and identify issues with multiple makes of vehicles Complete repairs efficiently and effectively to meet high-quality standards Conduct thorough inspections to assess overall condition and identify potential problems Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques Qualifications Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a focus on used vehicles Minimum of 2 ASE certifications Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Starting pay: $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on flat-rate hours) We pay for additional ASE certification testing and Toyota Training Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid vacation and sick leave Ongoing training and development opportunities Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and services About the Company Toyota of Cool Springs is a highly reputable dealership located in Franklin, Tennessee.
