T&A Remodeling and Renovations is a fast-growing, high-performance residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and structural additions across the North Pittsburgh region.

We are not hiring a helper.
We are not hiring an average lead.

We are hiring a Lead Carpenter — someone who can own the field, elevate production standards, and lead crews with authority and professionalism.

This role is for a high-level craftsman who wants to earn at a high level and be treated like a professional.

 

Compensation

• $70,000 – $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
• Performance Bonuses tied to production and job completion
• Earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually
• Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
• Top performers will be rewarded.

 

In This Role, You will:

• Lead full residential remodels from demo through final punch
• Set the production pace and enforce quality standards
• Manage and train 2–4 carpenters
• Coordinate with Project Management and subcontractors
• Identify problems early and solve them without drama
• Protect job timelines and production margins
• Maintain elite-level jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
• Represent T&A as a leader — not just a worker
• This is not a clock-in, clock-out position.
• This is a leadership position in the field.

 

What We Expect

• 7+ years residential remodeling experience
• Strong experience in bathrooms and kitchens (tile layout and installation, light plumbing/electrical, cabinet install, trim, framing corrections)
• Ability to read plans and verify layouts independently
• Comfort running jobs without being babysat
• Production mindset — understands timeline and labor control
• Leadership maturity (you don’t need to yell to lead)
• Pride in high-end finishes and clean execution
• Strong communication skills with homeowners
