Sr. Project Manager - Data Centers

Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will report directly to executive leadership and take ownership of all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction and mobilisation through final completion. The successful candidate will oversee project performance, team leadership, client engagement, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:Direct the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of a large-scale mission-critical construction project.Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, billing activities, and profitability targets.Lead and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and site-based personnel.Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement processes, contract negotiations, buyout activities, and scope administration.Monitor project schedules and implement proactive strategies to address risks, delays, and operational challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, consultants, and trade partners.Develop and mentor project team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative project environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
