What You’ll Do Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals. Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Accurately document care provided and communicate resident needs. Support residents with activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent care. Qualifications Current Florida CNA certification required. Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
