The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Expeditor to join the Food and Beverage team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! As an Expeditor , you're not just ensuring timely delivery of food orders in our dining outlets you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Coordinate food orders: Facilitate communication between servers and the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely processing of guest food orders
• Monitor ticket times: Track ticket times and follow up with the culinary team to ensure prompt delivery of food orders
• Inspect and finalize plates: Garnish and inspect dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain organization and cleanliness: Keep the expediting station clean, organized, and well-stocked to support smooth operations
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with servers, culinary staff, and other departments to ensure efficient service and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Enhance guest satisfaction: Proactively address any issues with orders to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service excellence
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
